    If it’s 20 and 17 when things happened (“best” or “least bad” possibility) it may not be illegal. It may not be creepy to some. But it’s definitely dumb no matter what. Beyond stupid.

      apparently it would be in cali, they are really strict with that stuff and have no exceptions like romeo julliet laws.
