I used the “CSS Loader” plug in, with the following enabled:

• Art Hero (w/ Bottom Text “on”, Expanded Hero “wide hero”, and Subtle Gradient “on”)
• Better Blur (Blur Strength at 6, Opacity at 0.6)
• Better Game Icons
• Centered Game Text
• Clean Gameview (“transparent” Play Bar Style, “Zoom Center” Alignment, Show steam cloud “off”, Ignore footer “off”, lock logo “on”)
• Colored Toggles
• DellyFooter (effect “transparent”, size “smaller”, everything else “off”)
• DellyVolume (“spring” animation)
• Game Header Text Stroke
• Gradient Top Bar
• No Home Edge Fade
• No Home Filter (opacity control at 100, hero change animation “on”)
• Obsidian (main color “black”)
• Round (intensity at 10px, outlines “round”)
• Show install status
• Switch like home (no friends “on”)
• Tilted Home (angle at 10, tilt method “3D”)
• Top Bar Transparency (Transparency at .0, always add transparency “on”)

I created two “Profiles” within the CSS Loader, one at “Default” (i.e. steam default) and one as “Clean” (i.e. all my stuff “on”). I messed with these for a while until I figured out what each one really did and what I liked/didn’t like. Just try stuff out and see what works and you can always go back to “Default” if you’d like!
