    It’ll never happen. Foster almost certainly has dirt on the league that will result in a huge financial and PR nightmare to deal with. The negative attention Scott Foster attracts as a referee pales in comparison to the potential backlash resulting in his firing. The league probably thinks it’s best to just let him ride off into retirement on his own accord.
