I’ll get downvoted for saying this, but firing the coaching staff as a new ownership group is not a good decision.
When Snyder bought this team he came with “trigger finger.” Fired norv, Marty, Steve in a 5 year period before getting Gibbs.
Clearly there needs to be staff changes but if ya do it now where can the team benefit? It can’t. Playoffs and a winning season are out of reach.
Ride it out and make your changes after the season.
Trigger finger got us no good before. Act like a professional and do things right.
