Trying to diagnose my 96 C4 properly, i have my FSM and its asking for a scanner thats more advanced then i have personally. Any reccomendations?

pretty much where i’m at right now.

but thats what i’m looking for is to get my hands on a bidirectional tool, not sure what to get.
