With reworked hog’s increased viability and play time, I feel like he’s become a menace in open queue. Because tanks have reduced health, hog benefits from being able to consistently kill tanks with hook combos (for example, Doom and Ram only have 300 base health) and having 450 breather healing despite his 550 total health (breather can heal up to 64% of his health in role and 82% in open). I play mostly dive tanks and he feels horrible to play against since the fundamentals of tank vs tank combat are so heavily skewed in his favor compared to role queue. I’m used to playing around hook and hog’s range but his open queue iteration really exacerbates the qualities that make him unfun to play against. I also have seen him in a majority of my open queue games since his rework. I’m wondering if anybody else has been frustrated by this niche issue or if nobody else thinks it’s a problem. Thanks!
