I am playing on JP server from a country south of Japan, its kinda embarassing to say, but I’m playing from the Philippines.

Just last night, My ping (from the usual playable 70-80ms) went up to 300 consistent during a game. After that, I took a break and after ping checking after an hour, its still at the 300ms.

I slept and when I wake up, its still the same. Is it a problem with my ISP or the JP server?
