My package was out for delivery all day Wednesday then suddenly was delayed around 7pm that night, and has not updated since. There was no weather, nothing like that, just random delayed. I called UPS and they basically gave me no info just said sorry it’s delayed cant give you any info. How long should I wait before contacting valve? At this point I’m assuming it’s lost.
Unfortunately, these kinds of things just happen sometimes, especially around Holidays. You will only reach road blocks trying to resolve this as assumed theft, but if you are anxious it might be worth reaching out to Valve to see how long it needs to be “delayed” before they are willing to take action.
