Got the infamous bank 1 p0420 catalytic converter code,

Just wondering how do I differentiate between the actual cat and an oxygen sensor or gas tank cap

Car is running fine but Definitely lower fuel economy

I see a high of 10.2 for long term trim and 12.5 for short term, these seem a little high, right? *
