I ordered mine a couple days after launch. The page said 3-5 business days for delivery. It is now 5 business days after ordering and it hasn’t even left the warehouse, and I see this notice on the order page:

Our distributor has hit a processing backlog for orders to Canada. We are actively working through the issue and will ship your order as soon as we can. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

I got no email notification and the initial response for support was NOT satisfactory IMO. I get that delays happen and it could take a couple weeks to deliver it. But why advertise 3-5 days when you know my address and this notice shows up immediately? And why not notify me about it, vs me having to look at the order and find it myself. They said 4-8 days once it’s shipped…so even THAT estimate blows away what they advertised.

They had no issue charging my credit card immediately though.

Frustrating.
