Week after week he’s grown on more people, including myself. I’ve become a fan. Really hope he’s here to stay. With better coaching etc he’d be top tier. Bowles couldn’t even make it with Brady.

Past that. The passion. The fight. All the side clips of him constantly amping up his teammates. It’s all rare energy. – He runs out and blocks. Levels his shoulder to get a first down. Even the announcer last game said “this QB plays like he’s on the o-line”.

Not perfect but he’s the dawg we need. Perfect match for the bucs and our style. He’s bounced around a lot hope he’s here to stay and feels at home.

The only concern I have is, how long do these attributes hold up? Is his energy because he’s out to prove his worth? Does that fade with time? Does he start to get injured because of his play style? Do defenses start game planning and shutting him down?

I hope it’s all good for years to come, but his style has typically not been sustainable for other QBs/teams.
