Bad experience with ChargePoint Home Flex - Do not recommend!!!
My charger stopped connecting to WiFi after about 7 months, I’ve been working with their customer service to get a refund since the 16th of October to no avail. After numerous e-mail and phone exchanges the best I can get out of them is repeated promises that the claim will be escalated to another team that never have yet to come to fruition.
A quick google search reveals that this is not a new issue, there are similar claims on myriad forums going back years about failed WiFi connections and lengthy return processes. I would highly recommend avoiding this company for home charging based on their customer service alone.
Are you sure you’re getting adequate signal to your garage?
Shitty situation but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with ChargePoint customer service. The Home Flex is by far and away the most reliable EVSE I’ve had thus far.
