My deck arrived this morning, box looked pristine, no sign of tampering or water damage or anything like that. The deck would not power on out of the box, and charging doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve never seen the light turn on or the screen turn on. I’ve verified that the charger is working. Any thoughts? RMA opened. Thanks!
