This team isn’t as bad as the 2-14 record suggests. Every night this team plays, they always keep it competitive until the 4th quarter (ignore the raptors game). That’s just the problem though, this team collapses in the 4th quarter. The only vet we have right now is Alec Burks. I know relying on Grandpa Bojan is stupid but I seriously believe having him close games will allow us to make all these close games into Ws.
You pulled an odd question from the take… like we get the injuries…Monty and Weaver preaching these dudes ain’t Pistons until they play defence has nothing to do with Bojan or Joe Harris getting healthy, same with Monte and Burks when he was down…all these dudes are stiffs. If you really about it, then own it…he did and stepped on Jaden Ivey’s head to prove a point that Hayes plays tougher defence. Failed miserably. If he was going to go down that path than you play Sasser who is actually older than both Hayes and Ivey and prove a point to both of them….mind you were stuck with Bagley and Wiseman who can’t guard a soul. It’s not that hard to build a 12 man roster…The NBA is the easiest place to win.
