I was pretty excited when we signed him in the offseason and for what seemed like such a cheap deal. I honestly am surprised that you guys didn’t resign him. He’s really been playing poorly so far and I’m just curious if he’s always been streaky? He doesn’t trust his 3pt shot at all and just looks like he has no confidence. What are your thoughts?
On paper that was a great signing and fit for the Wolves, I would’ve been excited too. Shake’s best role in my opinion is the main offensive initiator off the bench or a combo guard next to Ant. I’m sure he’ll find his shot again if Finch gives him the chance. He was kept on a short leash like many role players here under Doc. I haven’t seen how the Wolves use him but ideally you don’t just leave him in the corner as a spot up shooter like we often did.
