I think it could use a buff (small buff)so that it effect squishier targets better, but in compensation make it so that the tank passive also gets like 50 percent knock back resistance, that way tanks are not knocked around that much and Lucio can’t kill tanks as easy. IMO tanks passive is also kind of a joke, with one tank on a team THAT tank need to be able to hold up well.
