Not trying to complain or talk bad about any kind of players. But I want to know why people extend so far out and stay off objective.
Are you chasing a kill? Trying to stagger the enemy attack? Draw attention? Disrupt the front?
I’m usually a player who will stay close to group and objective, as I’m mostly heals or tank. But even when I’m a dps I try to stay accessible to the objective because that’s the ultimate goal to win.
From your experience, what makes you extend or stretch from the group?
Agreed but not move far away from accessibility. Chicken posts are important, but usually there will be a tracer, Winston, sorbre, or someone who sneaks and everyone is too busy chasing usually to pull back and deal with it.
Completely agree you need to stagger to avoid a full on attack but extending is to risky, especially for competitive
