Okay, so this is admittedly very early and is assuming a lot. But if John and Pete end up pulling the trigger on Penix at QB, how do you feel he might do? He had a great start to the season with the Huskies, but it feels like things have tapered off a bit. Any chance Geno rides pine and helps to mentor? Or would you want to see another year of Geno starting, while Penix holds the clipboard and learns?

That’s crazy I didn’t know you couldn’t draft a quarterback and o-line help too, can’t believe no team has never thought to do that. I wonder why they took Cross and Lucas both in the draft, and two guards the following year because they’re not trying to fix this o-line. Seattle absolutely needs to draft a quarterback next year and fans like you who oppose that are the worst.
