By reasonable, I mean something that leaves both sides slightly unhappy per that mantra that gets thrown around about trades.

    Most teams would want AC. He’s one of the best defensive players in the league and can hit big 3’s and he’s on a very team friendly deal through next year. If a contender wants AC right now you’d have to give the Bulls 2 first rounders. The Kings will probably have a pick somewhere well outside the lottery. So you’d need to give up 2 picks or some young guy with upside.

    The biggest thing for the Bulls is they have 0 reason to trade AC until the deadline (or at all if other GMs don’t offer a lot). He’s on a great contract and you’ll have a bidding war if you wait until February and the teams who think they have a shot are willing to overpay. Worst case scenario is you bring him back next year and trade him when he’s on a contract year.
