It’s no secret Mitchell wants out of Cleveland in favor of a bigger market. The Knicks are rumored as his preference, but his fit with Brunson is probably untenable especially for a Thibs team.

Mitchell is a superstar. Elite scorer, excellent passer, elite athleticism, floor spacer, etc. His fit with Davis is perfect. Scoring guard who can share distributing load with Lebron. AD just isn’t going to lead a championship offense. Mitchell can do that into the future with AD anchoring the defense.

If he expresses interest in joining the lakers what’s the most you’d be willing to pay (that you also think the cavs could conceivably take)?
