A couple of friends are coming over in 2 weeks and i want to set up Mario Kart/Smash and other Splitscreen Games. Has anyone tried this? I know its no problem to connect 2 or more Bluetooth Devices to the deck, but do 4 different controllers work on emulators?
Most emulators should automatically detect when you have multiple controllers connected. The only one that might not is dolphin emulator, you may have to enable each controller in the emulator first.
