I’m on the fence getting a s23 ultra. I was browsing Samsung’s website today, and seen they had the 256GB for $220 off, I then checked out what the trade in value would be for my current phone (iPhone 11 pro max 512GB) in total the trade in would be $640, $340 for the phone and $300 for a promotion (Probably more than what I’d get selling it locally).
In total the phone would be $790 and I’d be saving $860. My main goal is to get the s24 ultra when it comes out in a few months.
Would it be worth getting the s23 ultra now since I’d be getting it for essentially half off and trading it in for a s24 ultra later, or should I just wait until the s24?

That is the deal, the other $340 I had mentioned was the base trade in value for my iPhone 11 Pro Max.
So I got $340 for my iPhone, $300 from the trade in promotion, and $220 from the sale.
