We need to have an organizational game plan going into at least the next 3 years. Either make AP coach, give him a Staff and let him build familiarity and create a locker room culture of cut throats… or pick a coach with inventive ideas, nothing to lose and everything to prove… kinda like AP.
Last time we made a former linebacker the coach, we got to the playoffs. But Raider fans deserve to know the commitment to this coaching staff and front office.
AP and Champ Kelly don’t have to be interms thrown away after a lost season. Raider Nation deserves a coach commitment, a coach who is committed to excellence.
