Nobody uses this rune? I don’t think I’ve seen anyone run this rune in the last 3 years, want AS ? You go Lethal, want damage on 3 hits? Go PTA, there is almost zero use for Hail of Blades in the game. Why can’t riot adjust it? I’d love to use it but it’s considerably weaker than all alternatives.
