Seems to me that the constant hitting of her ad ratios have only caused Lethality to come out as the dominant build path. Briar was meant to be a brusier diver like Vi and Jarvan IV, it’s unfortunate that her intended playstyle is being overshadowed due to a numbers issue.

I suggest maybe adding a health ratio scaling on some part of her W so that it becomes less effective with pure lethality builds possibly pushing her toward the brusier playstyle.
