Have you ever played a game that was absolutely phenomenal, but when you reached the ending, an extremely disappointing scene played out?
Dark Souls 1 definitely did that for me. Really not a big fan of both endings.

I hate this example. To show the consequences of all the players actions would have taken over an hour for a cinematic so they flash the important bits and let you decide how it effects the rest yourself. Most of your previous decision consequences get summed up in the war assets like if you save the bug queen in 1 and then again in 3 you get bug builders because she was able to fight off the mind control whereas if you killed the queen in 1 and saved the new one in 3 they bugs you get sent turn hostile.
