5700xt 3600x r5 gigabyte x570 gaming x mobo Windows 11

there are no dump files since it shuts straight down and does not bsod, but it can be turned back on immediately after it shuts down. my monitor shuts off a second before my PC does, which may be significant but I’m not sure.

Microsoft support said that there is no kernal-41 error in my event log so they are saying it’s not a power issue, but they stopped helping me. I’m pretty sure this is software, since it doesn’t shut down during CPU stress, GPU stress, full stress, and it passed a memtest as well.

2d games and programs/browsing works just like it’s supposed to, I’ve already reset windows and reseated the GPU and all the wires, so I really don’t know what to do next

any help would be so so so much appreciated

the only real clue I have is that when running both a CPU and GPU stress test the GPU clock speed and voltage will jump down randomly causing reverse spikes in the graph but it doesn’t crash or have any errors during the test, during one of them there was a whea error but it only happened once. I don’t have extra parts to be able to swap and test, but I really don’t know how this can be hardware when it’s only replicable during games
