We’re receiving a CSV file from a company that require it be sent via an SFTP.

They sent us a .csv path to download the file but that’s it. We’re not sure what to do next and IT takes forever to get back to us. I feel like they’re missing info (looking at videos I’m seeing thing like Host and Port).
