They were laughing on the mic and being aggressive towards everyone complaining. Is there something other than Report-Avoid that can be done?

I’ve seen noheals before in Quickplay, swapped to support to try and help, but ended up getting killed at almost every opportunity. Not sure why people join just to throw matches…
