I just don’t get how this guy is the apparent holdup in a Harden deal. What’s so good about him? Is he not just a role player? And an average one at that? I would get it if he’s some up and coming player but this guy is no better than average. I’m just trying to figure out the Clippers reluctance to trade him. It doesn’t make sense to me.
No one wants Harden so Philly has no leverage. LA would rather give up expiring deals like Covington and Morris rather than Mann. Mann is good but nothing special.
