are caused by years and years of bad drafts.

We have a talent deficit. Guys who were supposed to be rock solid starters just aren’t there.

And Mark Davis has chosen (up till now. crossing my fingers) poor coaching talent.

It comes down to poor judgement of talent all the way through the organization. This could continue to happen… spirals and fractals of poor judgement. Scary sheet.

Your flaw is thinking “eventually” means “December” and not “next year” or even “2025”. Teams are patient for a reason; just look at the packers with Rashan Gary

I don’t know how many times this needs to be said: DL are not drafted in the first round to be developmental.

Please, go look at the historical numbers. See how many “late bloom.”

They are. All the time. Khalil Mack had 4 sacks his rookie year. Gary had TWO. Boye Mafe was drafted high just last year and he’s “bloomed” in a huge way. I can throw dozens more examples at you of D Linemen who didn’t produce as rookies but came on strong in year 2 or 3. This is not an uncommon occurrence and it’s exactly why we drafted Tyree.

Go look at their rookie stats and compare them to Tyree and get back at me.
