Golden State is carrying a bunch of bad contracts into the future for loyalty sake.

Draymond isn’t doing anything that one of the Heat’s undrafted players can’t do, and Klay hasn’t been the same since the injury.

That team in its current iteration is done, hence why the GM stepped away. Steph is the only one with something left in the tank, and he’s going to waste his final years playing with mediocre players, some of which he will drag into the HOF.
