This exactly. You can’t put the Reich firing and Rhule firing in the same bucket.
Rhule is objectively a fucking moron and Tepper gave him more than enough time. Reich is clearly not capable of scheming for his players. Tepper isn’t a football genius but anybody on this subreddit could probably amp up the players and present themselves in a more effective way on and off the field than Reich ever did.
Mid seasons firings aren’t great, but in any other industry, you don’t get to fail 91% of the time and keep your job worth millions per year. You get your ass fired and then someone else more capable comes in. That’s how it works.
