A Mikel Arteta appreciation post. The boss is challenging Pep Guardiola who has been one of the top 3 managers in the world for a long time. Last season we did what we did, this season we are better than them defensively. And to think he inherited a problem squad and 200 games in in his first gig he made it this far.
