I just sent off my Steam Deck LE OLED for RMA due to a dead pixel… the " Valve Hardware Return Packaging Guide" said to only include the Steam Deck and it’s original carrying case, plus the RMA letter with barcode. I just went to review my support ticket, and it says “Steam Deck PSU cable” on the list of things to include. :(

Did I totally screw this up? Will they still send me a replacement?

    Here was their response! I think it should be all good? Hopefully I do not have to do another RMA 😅

    There’s no need to send the PSU back, while missing items may delay this process, there should be no issues as long as this would get processed within our expected time frame.
