I’m Emerald 2 Main support and sometimes i play top cuz i like it but i have some trouble with Mordekaiser and Yorick.

What can i do when i fight against them?

I need to play pasive? Under tower? I need to push? Proxy farm? Or just play lane wait for mid Game?

I need some answers and tips or just a VOD cuz i do not like to play against them.

PD: I like play Sion and Gragas
