Pc completely freezes

I bought a msi 4060 ti and now my pc just completely freezes when I launch basically anything, even if I open a twitch stream it’ll freeze within seconds. And idk enough to know what’s wrong

I7 10700 16gb ddr4 ram Msi ventus 3x 4060 ti Evga500w power supply not sure which one

No blue screen of death or anything just complete freeze and I have to remove power
