There are ad potion ap and health, so why isn’t there speed potion? I assume that since it doesn’t exist there is a reason behind it but what is it? I just can’t find one.

what u decrible was an approach in another moba called smite to the boots engame problem allowed u to keep the boots ms and sell them for a sixt item. while this was an option and where great. the even better change where when they just stripped boots all together and just buffed flat ms at certain champ levels.
