I have my doubts that the Bill will move on from him after this season, but if they do should we try to take him back? He seems to be good at uniting a locker room and building a culture, which is frankly what we need right now. Long shot, but it could be like an Andy Reid situation where he just needs a change of scenery to get over that hump.
