Did the 29029 endurance event in 15 hours. Basically hike up a mountain (average grade 22%) and take the gondola down until you’ve done 29k feet of elevation gain. My average HR was 172. I was smoked lol.

Nothing before. Light snacks throughout - nuts and such - wasn’t very hungry. Forced a burger down afterward. Maybe ate 2000 calories total before, during and immediately after
