I love Dlo as a laker. Can tell he loves this team. Yes he can be inconsistent in scoring the ball, but our whole roster outside of Lebron has been too. For when he isn’t scoring he is still showing solid playmaking and defensive ability this year. He is on a cheap contract and is averaging solid stats this year, yet so many lakers fans cant see past this Denver series and the occasional bad game. It’s crazy. Trading this man and one of rui or reaves and a pick for an expensive player who only knows how to score is insane. Can’t wait to see lakers fans reactions when Lavine goes out and shoots 1/8. The problem isn’t Dlo and it hasn’t been all year
Stans are going to be stans. After every good game they will come preaching he is the second coming of Jesus (the best guard in the West sounds like it).
They will tell Dlo won 1 game against the Warriors and 1 game against Memphis. They will not tell you Lonnie won us 1 game last playoffs. When they bring game 6 against the Warriors, but they will not tell you we lost game 4 with him scoring 4 points and delivering the same 3 assists he was able to average against Denver. They will talk about game 6 against Denver, but they will never mention game 2 when he scored 5 pts and dished 4 assists.
Stans only see the good things a player is able to do, they will never see the games we lost because this player was terrible and will tell you are a hater for bringing this kind of information. Dlo stans can only accept he had a bad series against Denver, everything else is great for them, including the uncontested fact he is better than Stephen Curry at everything but shooting LMAO.
