Wondering what people think about buying a second hand M2 that has only done 8000 miles but has had 3 owners in that time. Do we think thats a red flag to avoid? Over eager new owners thrashing it or underlying problem? I’ve asked main dealers about this before and they say a lot of these higher end cars were bought during covid and changed their car earlier than they would normally as cars went up quite a bit in value. Curious to know if a high number of owners in a short space of time would be a bad purchase or it shouldn’t matter on face value.

There’s thousands of these vehicles available at any given time.

The owner’s motivation to acquire then the prevailing circumstance that leads to separation is no reflection on the vehicle.

So long as there’s a clean service history and title…it’s a low mile CPO with a crap-ton of factory warranty on a car a couple of other pilots already paid the depreciation on.

You like the car? Pull the trigger.
