Kinda random, but not a game day so why not?

Anyway, I saw all of Bird’s career, so I have seen a lot. I did not see what when he was drafted but it would not have mattered since he was drafted before the 1979 run; so the excitement level may not have been that high. I imagine excitement level will be biased toward the highest picks, but I feel like there are many mid to late round choices that received a decent amount of hype.

Anyway, the three guys I was most excited about in all my years (from 3 to 1) were JB (3), Len Bias (2), and…Ron Mercer (1). Obviously failed miserably on my #1.

Alternatively, I was not excited about JT at all. Didn’t hate it; just didn’t see it.

I would have to say none. Maybe I would have been excited if the Celtics drafted first, though I knew nothing about Fultz. I’ve never followed college basketball enough to have strong feelings.
