After the new hog rework it became pretty apparent that mercy should not be able to res tanks to full health, seems a bit ridiculous considering hog is already insanely difficult to get rid of. Just to have a mercy come around and res him behind a wall to full health, then he has his healing ability on top of that once again ready to go.

I think a good balance change to mercy would be only allowing her to res tanks to half health. She has a heal beam for a reason, make her at-least use it…
