I’m seeking advice on company onboarding processes. Does anyone use specific software to track the onboarding journey? Currently, we’re facing challenges in our company’s onboarding procedure.

Our workflow comprises three distinct phases:

• Sales/Deal
• Incorporating the company into our platform (creating accounts, delivering printing materials, preparing online marketing campaigns, etc.)
• Company Activation (onboarding onto our platform, activating campaigns, sending user notifications, and monitoring company progress)

Presently, we’re encountering issues within this workflow. There’s simultaneous onboarding happening, and it’s unclear which phase each partner is in or where any potential bottlenecks might be (for instance, delayed delivery of promotional materials).

I’m looking to visually represent each company’s onboarding process to easily identify their status, bottlenecks, and team members causing delays. Are there existing software solutions tailored to this need? Or perhaps some of you rely on Excel sheets or project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana?

I’m searching for something that we could use internally to improve our onboarding procedure.Thank you for your insights.
