Some people know me as the Sherpa of Superteam, a global network of communities dedicated to onboarding talent to Solana.

Some people know me as the host of the Ecosystem Call, a monthly event where the Solana community gets together to celebrate its wins and hear alpha on what’s coming up next.

And some people know me as the guy with the big eyebrows who yells about staking your SOL.

No matter how you know me, I’m here to take any and all questions you have about what’s going on in the Solana Ecosystem. Feel free to ask about:

  • Solana projects / sectors and what you should check out
  • Simple explanations of technical topics
  • How Superteam works and what we do
  • Getting grants from Superteam
  • How to do well at hackathons
  • Storytelling / business development / community design advice
  • Hot takes and hotter gossip about crypto generally
  • Anything else your heart desires

And if you’re a Solana founder and want feedback about your project, post it below and I’ll give it a try!

PS - come to the last Ecosystem Call of the Year on Dec 7th (Thursday). We’ll have Mert from Helius, Armani from Backpack, Meow from Jupiter, Max from Mango, and Nom from BONK on the call to drop some alpha.

1 - I mean what does it take for you to be in a Superteam?

It’ll depend a little bit on the region, but broadly the only way to get into Superteam is through Proof of Work. That means creating something valuable for a Superteam project, Superteam itself, or Solana.

Most frequently, that means getting a grant from us. We have about 10 grant programs running currently that you can check out here: https://earn.superteam.fun/grants/

But it could also mean winning a bounty, or permissionlessly doing something awesome. Here’s our XP menu, which details the kinds of things Superteams find valuable: https://docs.superteam.fun/the-superteam-handbook/getting-involved/how-to-contribute

There are plenty of non-technical ways to contribute, whether it’s helping a Superteam project with go-to-market, getting a Crypto Writer’s grant, or redesigning a resource to improve it’s UX.

    See you in Superteam soon!
