My 2013 MacBook pro is showing it’s age and I am shopping around for a laptop. I’ve been curious about system76’s for a while but have been put off a few times by reports of the cases feeling a bit flimsy. I know some of these reports are older though.
The galago caught my eye recently because of the aluminum case, but I have been unable to find much info on this aspect. Can anyone here report on how sturdy this laptop is?
I know it won’t be as solid as my old MacBook, which I am convinced could be used as railgun slug, but will it handle the occasional accident well?
Thanks for the comment! The lemurs got a magnesium alloy case right? Not sure if there’s a huge difference there or not.
