Sorry, but Darvin Ham has to go. His rotations are trash, and can’t make adjustments to save his life. Let’s have Phil Handy be our coach. He’d have more common sense with the rotations and the players we have on our team than Ham. One of the Lakers biggest weak link is the coach, and so we need to replace him now to salvage our chances of making a deep playoff run.

    Bron and AD have to be great for us to have a shot, but some of the rotations (like not playing Rui or Wood enough when they’re hot, and overplaying guys that are struggling) are wack.

    Sometimes, a player doesn’t have it and you just got to go with the hot hand. Vogel, as polarizing as he can be, made adjustments. in the bubble, he benched JaVale and Dwight during the rockets series, despite their big contributions in the Blazers series. Then Dwight and JaVale were brought back for the Denver series in 2020 to help with Jokic.

    In the NBA, the game is about matchups and putting the right players on the court at the right time. Bron and AD are a constant, but sometimes you need to put the most winning lineups more. Like last year against Denver, we should’ve used the Dennis/Reaves/Bron/Rui/AD matchup more. Could’ve given AD some breaks guarding Jokic and have Rui get some time doing it.
