Don’t try to have him throw the ball more than 5-10 yards downfield. Don’t let him try and improvise. Have a good run game and get leads and he can probably seal up a victory here and there. Also expect that the above won’t happen most weeks and he’ll commit multiple bad turnovers or bad decisions that puts you down by 2+ scores and then he’ll not have the talent to mount a comeback. He’s a serviceable backup and should keep games interesting as long as you aren’t expecting to win a lot.
