I met a few members of the 1980’s teams at different celebrity events back in the day. But it was never anything more than the autograph line at those events.
Someone I grew up with had a cousin who played for the Niners for a year or two (I believe he was a kicker). I might have met him at some point but don’t remember for sure. Grew up in a smallish town with a lot of cross connections, so it’s possible.
